Description

A stunning 19th Century piece which came from the textile and linen collection of Delia Field, wife of Marshall Field.  She had a serious and beautiful collection which we have been fortunate to acquire many pieces from.  This is a little pale pink drawstring bag which is fitted inside with a pincushion and 6 little pockets.  The color in the photos is not really accurate.  It is a pale dusty rose silk faille with a delicate damask design.  The drawstring is pink silk braid.  This is a very special collector's piece.
The condition is excellent. We note some light dustiness.
